Cancellation Policy
Appointments for 2 or more hours, and or 2 or more guests, can only be held by credit card or gift voucher. When re-scheduling or canceling appointments we require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations after the required time, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in your credit card being charged or gift voucher being redeemed for 50% of the value. |
