Cancellation Policy

For No Shows vouchers will be Forfeited.

Appointments for 2 or more hours, and or 2 or more guests, can only be held by credit card or
gift voucher. When re-scheduling or cancelling appointments we require 24 hours notice.
Any cancellations after that required time, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in
your credit card being charged or gift voucher being redeemed for 50% of the value.

For NO SHOWS ,the voucher will be voided
